7 Perform This Way If Patients Experiencing Digestive Disorders

Digestive disorders ( irritable bowel syndrome or IBS ) not only can be overcome by taking medicine . There are several stages of treatment that can be suggested , ranging from education , dietary changes , to increased physical activity .

6 . Therapy othersWhile its role is unclear, herbs , acupuncture , supplements enzymes , mast cell stabilizers such as Ketotifen , as well as mindfulness - based stress reduction can try to cope with IBS .
