Dr. Muh Hasan of Indonesian Association of Physician Neurologist (PERDOSSI) explains that the pain is caused by muscle fatigue and nerves due to work on the body physiological limits. Repetitive activities especially at work becomes the main factor causing the pain.
"Activities with repetitive motions that (work) is our obligation, but in fact if it conforms to the principle of no physiological problem. Problem arises if the repetitive movements in the wrong position and the risk of neuropathy," said Dr. Hasan.
To avoid the risk of illness, Dr. Hasan gave some suggestions that can be followed.
1.'s Position is comfortable.
One way to avoid the pain while doing any activity is to find a comfortable position for the agency. If activities such as office work involving sitting or driving, find a comfortable seating position for posture.
Sit with tense and stiff will put additional pressure on the spine and likely to cause back problems like lower back pain.

"Prevention is naturally the easiest and cheapest yes by eating a balanced diet and sufficient. Vegetables and grains contain lots of vitamin B that is good for nerve repair," said Dr. Hasan.
